Because ECE Providers are more than just playing with children...

EECI is an Apprenticeship Ambassador that offers a unique model of apprenticeship. We work directly with childcare programs that are interested in registering as employer sponsors with the US Department of Labor.

  • We service the admin needs of both the apprentice and the employer sponsor by monitoring on the job learning and registering apprentice in RAPIDS. 

  • Our apprentices become competent workers with over 1000 hours of on-the-job training while work in a center based or family childcare program. 

  • EECI offers a Related Training Instructional (RTI) program that serves to bridge the academic gaps of ECE apprentice. We move our learners at their individual pace from industry credential into higher education. 

  • By rethinking career readiness EECI jumpstart our apprentice academic and direct care career

  • We take the guess work out of compliance; we carry the administrative role for the owner/program director.

  • Education Management, we utilize internal Related Training

  • Competency Instruction of up to 144 instructional hours.

  • Flexible learning pathways face to face or online

  • Each program includes Instructor led instruction webinar, live interaction, mock interview, portfolio help and test prep. 

  • Credit for On the Job Learning
