Addressing Challenging Behavior

Service Description

This session will introduce early care practitioners to ways to create proactive implementation methods for preventing behavior problems. Practitioners leave with information on how to manage acknowledge positive behaviors; model appropriate behavior; provide firm consistent limits and expectations; identify effective classroom management techniques; and how to help children learn to articulate their emotions and practice how to respond in challenging situations.
