Our institute uses a flipped classroom approach to learning where you as the learner take charge of your learning experience. All courses have been designed with the adult learner in mind, we utilize Knowles Adult Learning Theories as we create each instructional opportunity. Although you are able to dictate your pace of learning, we have created courses where exploring content and making sense of information allows for day one implementation. All assignment are reviewed for quality and to ensure you are meeting your career and early care competency criteria goals.

MISSION
We advocate for child care teachers to not only afford to be present in the classroom but to also be qualified. Since 2003 we have met the Acceptable Professional Education Criteria set forth by The National Council for Professional Recognition to support adult and CTE learners seek the CDA Credential.
INSTRUCTION
Since 2003 we have specialized in instructor-led and self guided cyber learning opportunities for early care practitioners and foster parents. Our learners pass their National CDA at 100% since 2015. Our Institute is a Training Sponsor registered with SC DSS, WIOA, SC Path and SC Endeavors Workforce Registry.
RELATIONSHIP
We have high standards, that ensure that childcare owners and directors keep their grants and that workers remain employed. Our program was crosswalked In 2017 for assurance of quality and criteria by the National CDA Council and Council for Professional Recognition.
