ECE Apprenticeship

We understand we are not just competing for industry wages but sustainable wages across multiple industries. Our program supports a STEAM based Criteria. CTE Students receive curriculum requirements to include financial literacy, financial mathematics, financial markets, and advanced budgeting support. It also adds a concentration in program management and Home Visitation for students who want to further specialize in their career. We boost district report cards for Education and Training Clusters, learners leave with 3 National Credential specializations and 21 college credit hours. 

100% of our completed students earn CDA Credentials, 88% of our students move on to earn their higher education degrees or approach base certificates and 98% report career promotions and wage increases within weeks of completion. We are a US Department of labor registered apprenticeship program (RAP), we partner with CTE and local social services. We request  ETPL acknowledgement to stream line the process for those eligible for WIOA, and Local Workforce support. Our RAP supports individual career paths to ensure workers move into sustainable wage employment. Dually our enrollees support middle- skill jobs which American companies currently struggle to fill. 

The EECI Apprenticeship Program is specially designed to teach ECE teachers with little to no exposure to traditional higher education. All courses implement research-based elements with the use of career competence in each instructional opportunity both Related Training Instruction (RTI) and On the Job Training (OJT). Our learners leave with Career Early Childhood Educator Competency, and the soft skills needed to be successful throughout their academic and  professional career.
