About the Event

Learning Objectives:

Discuss the purpose of the group and the importance of social emotional development for young children. • Meet each other and learn about our families. • Discuss goals and ground rules we might have for our group. • Identify the importance of building positive relationships with children. • Discuss the “power” of using positive comments and encouragement with children.

Credit Hours Granted: 2 Clock Hours 

Play area on-site for children with parents participating in class, social distancing guidelines will be followed, families are encouraged to bubble (sit with your spouse and support person). Mask are encouraged for persons over 2 years old. We will be following procedures to keep families safe.
